2025 NORFOLK SAINT PATRICK’S DAY PARADE March 15, 2025 PARADE RULES 1. The parade starts promptly at 10am. You must be in your lineup area no later than 9am. 2. To ensure the safety of spectators and children, nothing may be thrown by participants or handed from vehicles or floats.
